Not all properties are created equal — and neither are our packages. A 6-room guest house simply won’t receive the same scope as a 20-room boutique hotel. That’s why we tailor everything based on your property’s size, potential, and needs — and we’re clear from the start about what that includes.

We create a cohesive and compelling brand identity that includes logo design, tone of voice, brand messaging, and colour palettes tailored to your property's personality and target guests. This ensures every interaction — from your website to your welcome email — feels aligned and memorable.

Website audit and design:
We review your current site (if you have one) to assess mobile responsiveness, user experience, branding consistency, and SEO strength. If needed, we build a custom website from the ground up: fully responsive, beautifully designed, and seamlessly integrated with your booking engine and CRM.

Photography direction:
Visuals sells. We coordinate with our hand-picked network of hospitality photographers and videographers to plan, shoot, and deliver top-tier imagery. From styled interiors to drone footage
(add-on), we help your property look as good online as it does in real life.

Social media strategy & content:
We develop monthly content calendars filled with curated, on-brand content that resonates with your ideal guests. We manage posting and ad strategy to grow your visibility and drive direct traffic — no guesswork, just consistent growth.

Email marketing:
From automated welcome sequences to seasonal newsletters and marketing campaigns, we craft email journeys that turn browsers into bookers, and bookers into repeat guests.

Paid ad management:
We manage your ad spend across platforms like Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and even OTA partner promotions. Each ad is strategically designed and placed to maximise ROI, fill gaps, and highlight seasonal offers or specials.

NB: Please note: the amount spend on paid advertising would be in line with the package negotiated in the contract.

Booking platform integration:
We ensure your property is properly synced across OTAs, your website, and your CRM. We handle the tech so your availability, pricing, and guest data flow smoothly — reducing double bookings and increasing efficiency.

Customer journey/Funnel development:
Custom funnels/customer journeys guide prospective guests from social media or search engines through to your booking engine with well-timed nudges and touchpoints.

Monthly maintenance & analytics:
We track all marketing activity with ongoing check-ins, and constant optimisation. This includes refreshing content, testing new strategies, and adjusting campaigns based on what’s working.

FEE STRUCTURE:

Onboarding Packag & Monthly Costs

To get everything up and running, we charge a once-off onboarding fee, which includes:

·         In-depth revenue audit and analysis

·         Set-up of tech platforms and integrations

·         Creation of your pricing models

·         Partner tech subscriptions (where applicable)

After that, you’ll move to a monthly retainer tailored to your size, needs and chosen tech stack. You’ll always know what you're paying for — no hidden surprises.

Monthly Retainer: Negotiated depending on the amount of rooms and services required.

Plus, a Commission: 20% of Gross Reservation Revenue (calculated on confirmed reservations booked within the calendar month, regardless of stay date)

Payment Terms: Monthly in advance, payable by the 1st of each month

Exclusions: VAT and disbursements

Annual Escalation: South African CPI + 3%

What if I already have a website?

No problem. We’ll audit your current site to see what’s working, what’s missing, and whether a refresh or a rebuild is the better route. We’re happy to improve what you’ve got or start fresh—whichever will get you more bookings and a better online presence.

Do you create a new website for my property with hosting etc. included?

Yes, we do! If your current site isn’t doing your property justice—or if you don’t have one yet—we can design a fully branded, responsive website that shows off your space, converts lookers into bookers, and connects seamlessly with the booking system.
We handle everything from layout to copywriting, imagery to integration. Hosting and basic maintenance can be included, so you don’t have to lift a finger (except to admire the final product).

Is photography included?

The first shoot forms part of your onboarding package. We’ll connect with our professional photographers and videographers who specialise in boutique properties. Further costs incurred are quoted separately, but we will still be available to manage the whole shoot.

Do you only work with boutique hotels and guest houses?

Yes—that’s our niche and our passion. We know what works for small, character-driven properties.

How quickly will I see results?

Some wins are quick—you’ll notice improved visuals, more professional branding, and in some cases an uptick in direct bookings almost immediately. But in hospitality, bookings follow a natural booking window (guests typically book 1–6 months ahead of their stay).

That means the full effect of your marketing—especially SEO, ads, and long-term campaigns—really starts to show after about 3 to 6 months. Think of it as planting seeds: some sprout fast, but the biggest harvest comes with a little time and consistency.
